GUIDELINES
Plants/Seedlings
We cannot accept returns of plants/seedlings.
Seeds & Accessories
- All other returns require preauthorization and must be accompanied by an RMA# (return merchandise authorization number).
To request an RMA#: 0300 4561979 Call or Email Us. - If we shipped you the wrong or expired product or it arrived defective or damaged resulting in a weight loss, we will send a replacement at no charge.
- Free of cost replacement in case more than 40% of the seeds don’t germinate.
- Voluntary refunds will be issued for in-store credit minus the shipping cost and 10% restocking fee
- We will accept authorized returns within 10 days of the original order ship date.
Special Orders
All special orders are considered custom orders and are nonrefundable.
